description CABINET FOR ELECTRONICALLY LOCKABLE BOXES TECHNOLOGY AREA: The technical solution relates to the structural design of a housing or cabinet for several electronically lockable boxes that are individually stacked within the housing. The cabinet has a parallelepiped shape with a rigid self-supporting structure thanks to four external vertical profile rails connected to the walls of the cabinet. The four outer vertical rails of each cabinet are bolted through the inner shelves to the corners of the cabinet itself. Thanks to the specific shape of the rails, it is possible to easily modulate several cabinets and eventually connect them into one unit. FUNDAMENTALS OF THE INVENTION: The cabinet itself, depending on the chosen production technology, can have different design solutions. Currently, cabinets for lockable boxes are mainly made in two ways. In the first case the housing is made by means of a construction solution in which the fixed basic housing frame is welded from hollow steel profiles or possibly bent open profiles and this frame is then provided with a sheet metal housing cover. In order to keep the functional dimensions, some elements have to be added only after the frame has been welded. The frame then carries individual hinge and lock holders. In some cases, the frame allows the appropriate wiring to pass through. Most of these elements (hinge and lock supports, wiring, ...) are in this case inside the cabinet and therefore reduce the internal space of the cabinet and/or affect its use. The disadvantage of this solution is its frequent unsightliness and the difficulty of possible capacity changes, repairs or reconstruction. The second option is a design solution with a self-supporting cabinet, in which such a cabinet is constructed without a frame and the actual sheet metal housing is designed in such a way that sufficient rigidity and stability of the cabinet itself is ensured. Even with this solution, sometimes welding of individual parts of the cabinet is used, with all the disadvantages of this technology (deformation of parts, change in dimensions, the need to clean the joints). The parts of the cantilever cabinet are mainly made of thin metal sheets and the shapes must allow the assembly of all the necessary components, as in the case of a frame structure. These shapes are quite complicated and their manufacture necessitates the use of productive manufacturing technologies such as laser cutting, CNC punching, etc. Here, too, the fastening of hinges and locks puts a strain on the interior of the cabinet. The disadvantage of this solution is also the complexity of installing possible wiring in the structure itself. DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNICAL SOLUTION: The construction of a self-supporting cabinet, i.e. a cabinet without a fixed frame, is chosen in such a way that the cabinet itself consists only of straight parts (1), mainly straight sheet metal parts, which are provided with openings. These sheet metal parts are connected by outer vertical profile rails (3,4) which extend outside over the entire dimensions of the housing. The profile rails have an open shape, mainly the approximate shape of an open "Omega", which ensures the connection of the sheet metal parts and at the same time the rigidity and modularity of the entire cabinet construction. The rear rails (3) of the housing are only mirror-inverted to the front ones (4); one front rail has fixtures (5) for receiving the hinges of the box door (6) and the other front rail has outlets (7), such as openings, for mounting the locks. These vertical profile rails (3, 4) are fastened with spot welded bolts (9) and nuts that are used for the entire cabinet assembly. By using a sheet metal molding in an open, mainly omega-like, shape, the screws (9) can be screwed through the holes in the straight parts (1) and through the holes in the inner shelves (8). The construction thus realized has no visible screws on the outside of the case, and the screws also do not interfere on the inside of the case inside the boxes themselves. The hinges and locks are mounted in the front vertical rails (4) and therefore also restrict not the space of the box itself. All four vertical rails (3, 4) have sufficient internal space (10) to route and connect electrical wires or cables to enable the use of electronically controlled or electric locks. At the upper and lower end of the vertical rails there are grooves (11) for mounting the fastening elements (12), which allow easy connection of several cabinets placed next to each other to form flexible blocks. The side cavity (13) formed between adjacent cabinets can be used for wiring individual cabinets. There are also adjustable foot holders at the bottom of the vertical rails, again not protruding into the space of the actual closet. The embodiment described is highly efficient with repeatedly changing requirements for the required capacity of the device, it is inexpensive and therefore also widely applicable. The vertical profile rails can be manufactured in different sizes, which ensures their universal use for all required cabinet sizes. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY: Cabinets with interior space for a large number of electronically lockable boxes are used in a number of locations where smaller items need to be stored and locked to protect them. The cabinet can therefore be used by any user in any location inside and outside the premises. OVERVIEW OF THE IMAGE MATERIAL: The own design can be seen from the attached drawings.
